The role

Long form is where trust gets built. You will edit videos watched by millions of people who are deciding who to believe, and the edit is a big part of why they stay.

What you will do

• Edit long-form YouTube videos end to end: story, pacing, graphics, sound.
• Hold retention without cheapening the video. No tricks that spend trust.
• Work with our reviewers: notes on the video itself, fast iterations.

What we look for

• Long-form work you can walk us through cut by cut.
• Judgement about what to leave out. Most editors add; the good ones remove.
• Care for the craft: mix, colour, type, silence.
