The role

Shorts are how most of the world meets our brands. You will cut clips that regularly pass tens of millions of views, working from long-form footage and raw shoots, and you will care as much about the first second as the last.

What you will do

• Cut short-form video for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, from hook to payoff.
• Work inside our pipeline: briefs in, cuts back, notes turned around quickly.
• Study what performed and why, and feed it into the next cut.

What we look for

• A reel of shorts you cut yourself, with numbers if you have them.
• Instinct for pacing and hooks. You can say why a clip works, not just that it does.
• Speed without slop. Deadlines are daily, standards are not negotiable.
